DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • DELIVERY

The standard delivery of your order is offered to you if its total is equal to or greater than an amount of 500 CHF. Otherwise, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer according to the following rates (which are the rates of La Poste):

​

  • Standard delivery (2-5 working days): 9 CHF

  • Express delivery (1-2 working days) : 11 CHF

​

In all cases, we ensure the proper receipt of packages by requiring the signature of the customer upon receipt thereof.

​

We also offer you the option "Pick up in store" which allows you to collect your order at no additional cost, when it suits you. The withdrawal instructions are communicated to you during your purchase.

​

For deliveries abroad, please contact us by email.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

​

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items to us in their original packaging under the following conditions:

​

  • Complete the return form within 48 hours of receipt of your package to inform us of the return. After this deadline, it is not possible to return the items to us because the seller will have already been paid.

​

  • Return the item to us within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of your package, at your expense. Packages must be returned by registered post against signature, in order to avoid any delivery problem and / or receipt of the items.

​

  • Upon receipt of your return, we check the condition of the item. No trace of use by you will be tolerated. It must reach us in the condition of the shipment, at the risk of not accepting the return.

​

  • The refund of your order will be made by bank transfer within 7 working days after receipt of your return for orders made through a Swiss bank account. For all other orders, we are unable to provide a refund. In this case, the amount spent will be credited to your account in the form of a "gift card" that you can use for your future purchases.

​

  • We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories and sale items.

​

In the event that you do not meet the return conditions mentioned above, we cannot guarantee a refund of your order.

​

All return and refund conditions are detailed in the General Conditions of the Mon Joli Trésor website, which you must read and accept before purchasing and returning items.
